Return Policy We will accept the products returned for a full refund or an exchange in the unlikely event of a manufacturer's defect in the cartridge. Our products meet the highest quality standards and our return rates are almost none. Each order is issued with a unique order number. Merchandise for return will not be accepted without a proof of purchase and a UON. Sorry but a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all non defective items returned through customer order error.
Taxes Like all companies the government insists we must charge VAT of 17.5% for all orders but don’t worry all our prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
